Welcome to Niral Farm Stay. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website (https://niralfarmstay.in/), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Check-In Policy

• Check-in time: 13:00 to 15:00.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Bookings within 15 days of arrival must be paid in FULL.
• Payments accepted: UPI and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival incur an INR 1000 fee (adjustable for future booking).
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
• Date changes within 15 days of arrival are treated as cancellations.
• Once guests check in, the booking cannot be cancelled or shortened.
• Cottages are non-smoking; smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of INR 1000.
• Damage due to negligence will be charged to the guest.

Farm Stay-Specific Policies

• Animal interactions allowed only under supervision.
• Participation in activities is at your own risk.
• No toiletries provided except tissues—guests must bring personal toiletries.
• Hot water requires a 30-minute advance request (wood-fired system).
• Fishing (currently halted per govt rules) is scheduled only in the evening; trekking only in the morning.
• Construction work may happen from time to time.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Open fires allowed only in designated areas.
• Smoking only in designated zones.
• Guests must behave responsibly; damages will be charged.

Pets-Specific Policies

• Maximum: Two pets per cottage.
• Pets must be vaccinated & parasite-free; vet certificate required.
• Any damage caused by pets will be charged.
• Pet food (subject to availability): ₹499/day/pet.
• Pets must be leashed in public areas, or guests may be asked to leave without refund.
• Pets must wear collars with ID tags.
• No responsibility for pet injuries from interactions with other pets.
• Do not allow pets to pee/poop on beds or mats—replacement charges apply.
• Bring your pet’s bedding and towels.
• Groom pets outside the cottage.
• Puppies still teething are discouraged since they damage furniture.

Liability

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during your stay. Participation in farm activities is at your own risk.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or reasons beyond our control.

Liability Waiver

By staying at the property, you release Niral Farm Stay from liability except in cases of gross negligence. Guests agree to indemnify the farm for claims arising from their actions.
